The Artist’s House, once part of the extensive estate belonging to Cardinal Passerini - lands bestowed on him by the Medici family in the 1500’s - stands in private grounds of just under 1 acre (3000 sqmts) with two enormous secular Italian stone pines (also known as Umbrella pines) – perfect for shade during the summer –which lend the property not only privacy, but also a certain grandeur.

The property (circa 320 sqm) is located in the prestigious Pergo area of Cortona, just a short walk – 850 metres – from the village itself, in a hillside position, south, south-west facing.
