The village also has a well frequented bar with outside seating which enjoys an eclectic mix of international homeowners and Italians, a pizzeria, a hardware store, a laundromat and various other useful shops. 

The property is equidistant from both Cortona and Camucia which are a 12 minute drive away. Camucia also has a mainline train station making departures and arrivals easy, as well as day trips.

Perugia airport is 50 minutes away, Florence airport 1hr 20 mins, Rome airport 2 hrs 20 mins.
