As you step out of the car, you can choice to admire the view of Montepulciano in one direction and Cortona in the other direction. There is a 360 degree breathtaking view taking in Foiano which is 15 minute drive away, Bettole and access to the "autostrada" A1 which takes you south to Rome or north to Florence.

The "superstrada" is also easily reached giving access to Perugia airport and really making this property in a highly sort after countryside, but not isolated, location between Montepulciano and Cortona.
