My paella with rabbit, chicken, clams and mussels
Chinese ravioli by Michela, my daughter.
Homemade flat bread with salmon, avocado, caramelized onion, lime, black sesame seeds
Sautee of mussels and clams
Indian style butter chicken with some made flat bread
Pork, sour cream, caramelized onions, tomatoes, cilantro and hot sauce, plus Hard Shell Tacos
Barbecued ribs and artichokes
Lumache (snails) in a spicy red sauce. Pancetta, anchovies, capers, onions, carrots, celery ...
