Iginio Massari Pasticceria

Florence

Galleria Iginio Massari, Florence
To keep your energy levels high, why not indulge in one of the best pastries in Florence.
The Galleria Iginio Massari is located on Via dei Vecchietti and is one of the pastry shops of the ‘Masterchef’ Iginio Massari
Iginio Massari’s talent, passion, dedication and strict discipline are some of the characteristics that this chef from Brescia make him renowned all over the world and has elevated the culture of Italian pastry to the maximum level.
Massari trained in Switzerland and decided to specialise in pastry and with the encouragement of his wife, opened a shop in Veneto.
His creations are defined by a unique style that combines art and science, sensitivity and technique, mind and heart that lead to an all senses experience when you indulge in this pleasure.
One of his most famous creations is that of ‘panettone’ which during the Christmas period is highly sort after.
As a presenter on the TV show, ‘Masterchef Italia’, he is not only loved in the world of ‘high pastry’ but has a strong following from the general public due to his charisma and charm, but this does not distract him from his primary objective, the affirmation of Italian pastry excellence and as he mentions himself it is a luxury that one can afford.
Massari philosophy is simple: seek perfection and never stop
