To find such a beautiful villa with its covered arched loggia  is hard to find in the area, and it h as in fact been designated by the Comune of Cortona as a building of exceptional historic value.

It is definitely worth viewing especially given the price of similarly sized properties with less charm. The works required to unify the villa – quite superficial and simply done - would not only allow one to personalise the property, but it would still remain very good value for money.

The town of Camucia is just a ten minute drive away and includes all services and a main line train station (Rome-Florence-Milan).  Perugia airport is at a distance of 50 mins, Florence 1 hr 20 mins and Rome 2hrs.
